Since we first opened...

Comedians performed
Audience members who laughed
Audience members who didn't laugh at all and left crap reviews on TripAdvisor, because they were too stupid to get any of the jokes
you must be bored, or skiving at work, nobody ever reads this bit!

So, what have we been up to since 2002?

The Comedy Station Comedy Club boasts not only to be the first ever and therefore, longest running comedy club in Blackpool, but since moving to our purpose built venue on Bank Hey Street, right opposite The Blackpool Tower, we're now the only purpose built comedy venue in all of Lancashire and still, officially, the most popular comedy club in Blackpool!*
Our Directors and comedy bookers have been working in the comedy industry a long time, having over 40 years experience between them and we have shows all through the year, not just during the Summer season, so there's always a reason to be happy, any time of the year.

The Comedy Station Comedy Club first opened it's doors in a function room above a restaurant in Blackpool town centre in 2002. The club's audience quickly outgrew the capacity of this venue, so we packed up our microphone and moved to a bar nearby, which could accommodate our ever increasing number of followers.
That venue was then sold by its owners and the Comedy Station moved once more to the World famous Winter Gardens, before moving to the Viva cabaret venue in the heart of Blackpool.
In 2018, we decided to seriously up our game and built Lancashire's only purpose built comedy club.

Over the years, we've played host to well known comedians such as Jason Manford, Justin Moorhouse, Tape Face, Lee Nelson, Charlie Chuck, Junior Simpson and even appearances from comedy legends like Mick Miller and Bobby Ball.

We pride ourselves on bringing the very best that the U.K. stand-up comedy scene has to offer and although there may be some comedians that you won't know the names of yet, you'll certainly not be disappointed!
